Refund Policy

30-day at-home trial for Inch-inerator machines

Try your Inch-inerator machine at home for 30 days from the date it is delivered. Used machines and machines purchased during a sale are eligible. If the machine is not right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Normal use during the trial does not make your machine ineligible.

How to request a return

Email support@theinchinerator.com with your order number or proof of purchase. We will provide return instructions and the return address. Please contact us before sending a return, and do not send it to the manufacturer. Return the machine with its original packaging and included components.

Return shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable. We recommend a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of shipment.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned machine, we will refund the machine purchase price to your original payment method within 10 business days. Normal trial use alone is not a reason to refuse or reduce your refund. Damage unrelated to normal use or missing components may affect the refund; contact us for help before returning an incomplete or damaged machine. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact support@theinchinerator.com.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged, is defective, or is not what you ordered, so we can review the issue and make it right.

Other products

The at-home trial above applies to Inch-inerator machines. For products outside the machine trial, our standard return window is 30 days from purchase. Those items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Gift cards, downloadable products, personal-care items and other sale items are not returnable under the standard policy. This sale-item exclusion does not apply to Inch-inerator machines.
